What we process

• Your email, to tie artwork to your order and enable reprints
• The prompts you write and the images generated
• Photos you upload and your messages to the AI assistant
• Order and payment information via our shop provider
• Basic technical logs, including IP, for security and abuse prevention

Why

To provide the service, produce and deliver your artwork, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share data with

Your data is processed by our contracted processors: providers of AI image creation, content checks and prompt translation, the language model behind the AI assistant, image storage, our server in Germany and the store platform. Some are based in the USA; we protect transfers with EU standard contractual clauses. We will send you a list with names on request.

Retention

We delete designs you don't buy 90 days after creation, Photo to art photos after 30 days and On my wall photos after 7 days. We keep artwork linked to a purchase for 25 months for reprints and complaints.

AI content

Generated images carry a machine-readable AI-origin marker (IPTC Digital Source Type) on the delivered preview.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data. Contact us via the Contact page.

Bot protection

To protect our AI image generation from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your visit (such as browser signals and IP) solely for security purposes. This processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, available at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
